Treatment Approach

I work with adults seeking thoughtful, individualized mental health care. My practice is grounded in the belief that psychiatric treatment should involve more than simply reducing symptoms. It should help people understand themselves more deeply, restore their capacity to live meaningfully, and move toward the kind of life they hope to build.

I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management, while paying close attention to the whole person: biology, psychology, relationships, life history, values, habits, and environment. I see medication as one potentially useful tool within a broader therapeutic relationship — not a substitute for understanding, reflection, and change.

My approach may be especially helpful for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, life transitions, burnout, relationship patterns, existential concerns, or a sense of being stuck despite outward success. I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves, open to reflection, and interested in treatment that takes both suffering and meaning seriously.

Rather than offering brief, impersonal medication visits, I aim to create a thoughtful clinical space where patients feel known, respected, and engaged as active participants in their care. My goal is to help people not only feel better, but live more freely, intentionally, and fully.
